Tuning the Front-End of ITW

During laser alignment, Jens Lassen discovered that the ITW collimators are out of alignment. When they are inserted in either the 5mm or 10mm positions, the laser is blocked. This means that they cannot be used to tune the front end. Colin recommended using the harps, instead.

A couple of nights ago, however, I found that the collimators can be used to help improve the beam size, then followed by tuning on the harps (w/o the collimators) to straighten the path through the exit modules, and the usual method to improve the beam size through DB0.
