Decay Storage Tank & Operating Storage Tanks Volume

As per Dimo: the Decay Storage Tank volume is 70 cubic feet = 1.98 cubic meters; the Operating Storage Tanks are 7 cubic feet each = 0.198 cubic meters each.
This means that the Decay Tank can accept a maximum of 5 transfers (if both Operating tanks are full at the time of transfer)
The MAA (east or west) volume is 176.5 cubic feet = 5 cubic meters
