Invoke DC mode (XT page 2AB)

Make e-Log entry for beam profile

Phone CYC:OPS to request standard beam spot

Change 2AQ15/16 (2A TW30/31) to 0/0 to get a broader spot

Record beam spot at nominal current with 2A2M19

Make e-Log entry for beam profile and spot size

Based on look-up table (Marik) decide on p+ and heater setting for the particular beam spot size

Set p+ limit; set heater
