IMS:FC34, ILT:FC7, ILY:FC4 "Not alive" fix

If IMS:FC34/ILT:FC7/ILY:FC4 is "Not alive" (LED on the device page goes red), the following procedure should recover the devices:

- Open Canbus Diagnostics Page

- Select Canbus Loop Monitors

- do a hub reset for ILT:CAN1 - Loop2

- press configure button ("CFG" ) on each FC's device page.
