Polarizer / bNMR

Andrew of ßNMR provided us with info about the lovation of the polarizer iris and neutral beam monitor locations, and the ßNMR manual slits (three of them).

The iris and slots are manual devices, and they do not read current.

The neutral beam (forward/backward) is read on scaler S11 and S12, and on the laser optics page.

Rolf approved to have Travis add these devices to the EPICS pages. All that's left to do is for Travis to come back from vacation and do it - piece of cake!
