Approvals required for removing hatch blocks in ISAC

The following approvals are required before opening the following ISAC hatches.  
All approvals need to be noted in the associated Work Permit(s).


Experimental Hall Hatch (into the North Hot Cell Service Area):
- Doug Preddy
- Chad Fisher


TRINAT Hatch (into the ISAC-I Experimental Hall):
- Doug Preddy
- John Behr


Target Hall Hatch (into the Ante Room):
- David Wang
- Chad Fisher
Note:  Ante Room access requires its own work permit in addition to a work permit for the Target Hall.


Ante Room Access:
- Chad Fisher
Note:  A work permit is always required for access to the Hot Cell Ante Room.
